xentop/libxenstat fails when getting vcpu information. 

I got the following message:
Failed to retrieve statistics from libxenstat

libxenstat doesn't check to see if a vcpu is valid or not before calling
DOM0_GETVCPUCONTEXT. It gets the number of vcpus from dominfo and then makes a
call for each one. DOM0_GETVCPUCONTEXT returns the next valid vpcu info or an
error if a valid vcpu isn't found. Libxenstat doesn't check. 

Libxenstat needs to only call DOM0_GETVCPUCONTEXT for valid vcpus. It needs to
check the vcpu_to_cpu map before making the call.
