[Xen-bugs] [Bug 176] x86_64 - Unable to boot domU

http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=176

------- Additional Comments From hien1@xxxxxxxxxx 2005-09-21 20:05 -------
It didn't work for me when dom0 has fibre channel disks. Otherwise, with two
scsi disks it can create domU without any problem. I think the block devices on
dom0 make XEN confuse, so we got unnown block (2,0) or unknown block (0,0) ,
etc...

it works with these scsi disks on dom0:
# cat /proc/scsi/scsi
Attached devices:
Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
  Vendor: IBM-ESXS Model: MAS3367NC FN Rev: C901
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 03
Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 01 Lun: 00
  Vendor: IBM-ESXS Model: MAS3367NC FN Rev: C901
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 03
Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 08 Lun: 00
  Vendor: IBM Model: 25P3495a S320 1 Rev: 1
Type: Processor ANSI SCSI revision: 02
 ---

But if I configure FC disks and boot dom0 up, then the creation of domU has the
problem.
