Using today's Xen build (from nightly tarball) on David's machine I am not able
to recreate the problem.
I do see the 
(XEN) DOM1: (file=mm.c, line=460) Non-privileged attempt to map I/O space 
00000000

in "xm dmesg" coming from xen. I beilve that this message is unrelated. But the
SLES9 domain is running fine and not crashing.
