  I reloaded Twisted-2.0.1 - same error.
I commented out references to twisted.internet to see if I could get a hint as
to what was missing and an error was displayed suggesting that "twisted.web" was
missing and to go to http://twistedmatrix.com/projects/web
and load it. 
Message Displayed:
ImportError: You need to have the Twisted Web package installed to use
twisted.protocols.http. See http://twistedmatrix.com/projects/web.
                                                            
It looks like we do not have a complete Twisted. 
Downloaded and installed TwistedWeb-0.5.0.tar.bz2

This did the trick.
