Hi,

I've recently been tidying up the xapi <-> storage interface, trying to make it 
more robust to errors (no more 'Failure("The VDI is already attached in RW 
mode...")'), to make it easier to diagnose and repair faults and to make it 
slightly more driver-domain friendly (although there is much more work to do).
