Yes, all features work good just a nasty popup saying the License Expired. Its not that annoying but makes uneasy sometimes.

VM Protection can be achived but that will break several licenses since you need to use software from XenServer (enterprise I believe)
At the end of the 30 days nothing will happen, everything will continue to work ok (all features).
