The following two patches remove the Debian Etch template from xapi.

The Etch template was part of XenServer which did not become part of
XCP and is now deprecated anyway due to upstream EOL
(http://www.debian.org/News/2010/20100121).

Note that quicktest doesn't currently work in XCP due to the missing
template, this series simply removes the assumption that such a
template would have to be Debian if it existed but doesn't acutally
supply an alternative.
