vnet isn't currently supported by the xapi toolstack, though I don't suppose it
would be too hard to add.
Rather than using vnet, there's a bunch of ongoing work to develop and
integrate open vswitch into the xapi stack / XCP. This should ultimately
provide a much richer set of capabilities than vnet.
