By "all features" I meant "all features whose implementation is in the xapi 
toolstack" e.g. checkpoint/revert, dynamic memory control, RBAC, etc

HA relies on an external heartbeat and liveset component which isn't 
open-source. Similarly XenServer includes value-add features that run as 
windows services (e.g. StorageLink, WorkLoadBalancing): these aren't included 
either. However these all use standard interfaces so could be replaced with 
different versions.

Sorry for the confusion.
