Hi all,

I have a problem with the function:
VM.set_VCPUs_params

What I want to do with this function is to change credit scheduler's
cap and weight for individual VMs. However, there's no change to credit
scheduler even when the return message from the server is success.

Is this function properly implemented in server side?

Thanks,
