As I don't use m$ / XenCenter so I need VNC for installation of new guests.

Thank you very much Todd.

I can open now vncviewer window according to wiki pages or a script from Mike McClurg.

I have some other issues like troubles with recognizing of network interface (I use bonded interfaces in dom0) during trial net-install of ubuntu however I should address them separately on the xen-users list.
