p2m_pod_demand_populate: Out of populate-on-demand memory! tot_pages 788217 pod_entries 256
(XEN) domain_crash called from p2m.c:1322

the domain is a windows server 2008R2, no PV drivers
memory and maxmem set to the same value (we dont want to use dynamic memory)

Any help ?
