You need to enable SSL. 
Edit /etc/default/stunnel set enable to 1 I think
Copy the xapi_ssl_conf file (i think that is it's name) to /etc/stunnel
Generate the certificate and start stunnel.

I think you will need to use a beta version of XenCenter because the 5.6 
version does not work (at least for me)
