I am new user of  xenserver 5.6 and the xen linux Kernel for my DOM 0 is of  2.6.27 version . How can i apply

patches for  linux  kernel 2.6.34 which seam to be functional with my dom u guest OS.

You don't. Or at least you're not supposed to.

XenServer is pretty much an optimized, preconfigured dom0, designed to "just work", but at the same time doesn't allow users from modifying dom0 (e.g adding programs, etc.) by default. You could probably hack something here-and-there, but it has the potential to break things. The official way to upgrade dom0 is by using CD installer (if/when it's available) of the next version of XenServer.

If you want full control over dom0, use a normal Linux distro, like Centos/Opensuse/Ubuntu.
