AFAIK xen themself reserve a very little memory (about 1 Mb or so). Main
'memory eating' is xenballoon. I still don't know where those memory
use, but if you ran VM with high 'maxmem' with low mem be ready to have
huge overhead (20Gb maxmem have overhead about 300-400MiB).
