For I/O virtualization you need two things:
1) Your processor must support it.  You need to look up the specifications of 
the processor and make sure VTd or IOMMU is supported on the processor.
2) Your BIOS must support it.  There will be a setting in the BIOS, probably 
close to the standard Virtualization settings, for enabling I/O Virtualization 

Check these things and make sure they're configured correctly.
