Subject: about vm disk io control?

hi:
i am encounting one problem:how to control each vm's disk io on the dom0?
as far as i know, one vm will try its best to get the max disk io flow,so when they are running on the same large
raid5 disk, one may take over the whole raid5 disk's io while others getting much too slow . for example, when the vm is stopped and
restarted ,i can see that the dom0's iostat shows the disk's util may sharpen to 100%

the network bandwidth can be set by "rate" as a parameter of vif in the domU conf ,so it can not dominate.
is there a same way to do this for the disk io?
