I am looking at having to install a Windows 2008 R2 machine here soon and want to do it on our Xen setup rather than bare metal. We currently have Windows Server 2003 running as a domu and that was fairly easy. However, I have not tried anything newer as of yet. Is there any gotchas I need to look out for or anything I can do to help with performance? Also, is there a way to do a live failover situation similar to using DRBD? Thanks in advance.

Xen 4.0
Centos 5.5 x86_64 dom0
