in the dom0 check the�/usr/lib64/xen/bin/xen-vncfb path, if exist, try ps auwwwf | grep vnc and kill them y run it again

With that, I'm back to the problem I've posted on here before:

[root@customer 100]# xm create qwe.cfg
Using config file "./qwe.cfg".
Error: Device 0 (vkbd) could not be connected. Hotplug scripts not working.
