i've only a Centos DomU, not a Dom0, but centos 55 is a 2.6.18 kernel
(2.6.18-194.3.1.el5xen); isn't it:

  guestdev=01:00.0,01:02.0 reassign_resources

for 2.6.18 kernels?  take a look at,
