My kernel version is:
2.6.31.12-0.2-xen

(Not PVOPS)

pciback.hide option seems to work, so I've attempted to add both the 
"reassigndev" and "reassign_resources" options to the boot prompt.  This has 
not worked.  I also have the pciback.permissive option.
