It is a bummer, I want to participate in this list, but pretty much every message is marked as spam. I'm not going to whitelist a mailing list, so I'm probably out.

One of these three is in play for nearly every message.

 2.8 MIME_BASE64_TEXT       RAW: Message text disguised using base64 encoding

 2.5 MIME_CHARSET_FARAWAY   MIME character set indicates foreign language

 3.2 CHARSET_FARAWAY_HEADER A foreign language charset used in headers
