How do you "reinstall" xen? Using "yum install xen" to get Centos
package? Compile from xen.org's source?
Installing centos package should install the dependencies as well, but
when installing from source it's possible that you miss one of the
dependencies.

Looks like one of the necessary python module (PyXML) was not found.
Try "yum install PyXML"
