Docs exist at Novell's web site.  I think I was able to convert a 6.5 real to 
virtualized by first installing a test server using their new guest install 
procedure and then copying the necessary files (PV drivers) to the C:\NETWARE 
folder.  It has been a couple of years, so I don't remember the details.
