It's actually Xen 3.1 (run "xm info"), but yes, I don't think it's
possible. Run "xm create --help_config", look for vcpu_avail. If you
can't find it then it's not possible on that version.

If you want to upgrade, and you use x86_64, you can easily update Xen
version on Centos by using packages from http://www.gitco.de/repo/
