Could you try install F12 PV DomU  (minimal set of packages) ?

I get a problem while upgrading to OpenSuse 11.2 :

I get a kernel patch and all is OK now the VMs are running flawlessly,
even if my server is a much smaller one.

You didn't say how much RAM is in your system.
