I am facing this error while kernel compilation.

drivers/built-in.o: In function `processor_cntl_xen_prepare':

make[1]: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/ah/xennew/kernel/linux-2.6-xen'
make: *** [debian/stamp/build/kernel] Error 2

I am building kernel latest 2.6.31.4 kernel from jeremy's git tree. I am on amd64 architecture.

Any help will be more than welcome.
