James,
Attached is a text file with the output from the WinDbg session I used with the server.  This error actually occurs during startup after attempting to load the GPL PV drivers, but it's close to the error I get during the install.  I couldn't get DebugView to give any output.

Thanks,
Nick

I'm, using 2008 x32 Standard without any problems under 3.4.1. Is it
possible for you to upgrade to a later version of Xen?

Failing that, please run DebugView from sysinternals.com and set it to
capture kernel output. If you get a crash dump when you install the
driver, you should be able to use DebugView to get the messages out of
the crash dump on the next boot. Send them to me and I'll have a look.

James
