Delete the Upperfilters value. Let me know if it exists in any othe
'UpperFilters' too and I'll add them to the uninstall script.

I confirm that I have experienced the exact same issue and that removing manually the key you indicate

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E97D-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\UpperFilters

have solved it
