Sure I see it, but
1) fsmware.com is down about 1 mount.
2) I find this files, but Error: (11, 'Resource temporarily unavailable') in starting xen.
I think that problem in kernel-current - kernel for 32-bit architecture.

Now I think that I can start FreeBSD on domU with HVM only, but my processor have no AMD-V support and dont wanna use 32-bit dom-0 OS on 64-bit processor.
TY for wathcing my problem, if any have started FreeBSD in domU and have some time, my e-mail always can get your letter.
