I have a problem with i7 and vt-d. xm dmesg shows:
 (XEN) I/O virtualisation disabled
 
 but I have activated it in BIOS...
 
 what can be the problem?

 I have seen on many different motherboards that you actually need to poweroff the machine, and not just reboot it after enbaling thie VT option in the BIOS. So, shutdown the PC, and pull the power cable out (just to be sure) and then try again
