I don't know. I never use XenServer, the Citrix product. Stephen
Spector (a Citrix employee, looking from his email address) already
suggest you ask at their forum, not here. I suggest you do so to find
authoritative answer.

However reading the documentation
(http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX120714) the answer seems to be
NO. From Chapter 2, System Requirements.
"
The following are the system requirements for the XenServer host:
 CPUs              One or more 64-bit x86 CPU(s), 1.5 GHz minimum, 2
GHz or faster multicore CPU recommended
"
