Please, please prune your replys to the content required. Nick, your "SEAKR proprietary info" trailer is really, really long, and we do not need an additional copy attached to your every reply. After five or six iterations, they hide what you are trying to communicate. And, for what it is worth, given that you are posting to a public forum, it is not legally binding and hence worthless in any event.

Might also be helpful to interleave your reply notes in context, as opposed to the usual Outlook top-posting.

By the way, the topic is interesting all the same.
