Is it normal to shutdown a DomU with a NIC passed into it, then power up a 
different
DomU with that same nic passed it into it, only to have the second DomU now 
report
hardware malfunctions shortly after boot and tank with a kernel panic?

In my scenario, it would see that once I do this, neither DomU can run stable.

The only thing that brought stability back was t physically power down the 
server.
