Xen doesnt know about domain names with out quierying the store, this is a
expensive task on a host with many domU's running on it. My idea was to set
the domain ID to the uid of the user who owns the domU that way i wouldnt
have to query xen for a list of dom id's and then query the store for each
id until i found the one i was looking for.
