You can also use "(network-script /bin/true)" to achieve the same result
(assuming true is in /bin).

write your own xen-bridge script, mine looks like this:
cat network-bridge-none
#/bin/bash
exit 0

and use "(network-script network-bridge-none)" in xend-config.sxp.
