I've tried on numerous occasions to install win2k3 using an ISO image
for the install. On both of my xen servers when I try to start the
install it refuses to boot. I would just stick the CD in, but I'm remote
from the server.

Anyone else experienced this?

Also, I'm trying to get win2k3 to use more than one processor. I create
the domU using virt-manager, and an existing image of win2k3. I assign
2, 3, or 4 processors, but when I start the domU it drops it back to 1.
According to this document, win2k3 is supposed to automatically adjust
the hal if it detects multiple processors, so I don't think that's the
issue:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/309283

Any ideas on multiple CPUs for win2k3?

Thanks,
James
