It depends ...
However, a general technique may help you:
touch /tmp/stamp
virt-install ...
find / -xdev -newer /tmp/stamp
That will find all the files that were touched by the virt-install. The
"-xdev" stops find wandering off into /proc and /sys; if you suspect
files are being created on some other file system you may wish to add
its mount point to the list of directories to search.
