Hello,
I do think you will find this to be a problem unless you go for the commercial 
software. I suggest (and currently use) the simple method of controlling it 
from the command line and using VNC to "preview" the VM. SSH to your box from a 
windows machine and brush up on the "xm" commands my friend.

basically i want to manage all virtual machine from a remote system like 
windows etc using a tool similar to vir-manager.
