Wonder why I didn't find that one. I downloaded the 2.6.18 driver and built it into the Xen 2.6.18 kernel, and I'm pretty amazed so far:

p-dom0:~# dmesg | grep 3w

I'll have it run for a bit longer, to make sure it stopped corrupting data.
