April 7 – April 11 Community Highlights

o    Initial draft of community profile with web requirements is available in Word and OpenOffice for feedback

·         Xen Summit 2008 Boston (June 23- 24) – (http://xen.org/xensummit)

o    Xen Summit is co-located with USENIX Annual Technical Conference; all Xen Summit attendees receive a $75 discount for USENIX

·         Xen.org Trademark Policy – (http://blog.xen.org/index.php/2008/04/01/xenorg-trademark-policy-for-review/)

o    New comments posted this week; Citrix legal to respond to comments next week and I will publish on the blog site for public review and further comment

o    NOTE: There has been a discussion about the Faithful Implementation Test (FIT) that is stated in the Trademark Policy. The Xen Advisory Board will begin further work on this shortly as defining what is “Xen” is still an open discussion. The community will have time to comment on the FIT once the Advisory Board completes its proposal
