I've found the solution in a previous post in this list. I just
changed ONBOOT parameter from "yes" to "no" in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 configuration file, what
disable eth0 startup at boot time. When xend starts up, it configure
the bridge and so brings up eth0 accordingly with the configuration
found in ifcfg-eth0.
