No. There is nothing like that, as long as you don't hard-set the ip to
a static value when creating the domU.

There is intentionally no connection between the two in such a way.

You have not more ways to get to know the IP adresse of the running domU
as you would have from any other host in the same physical network
segment / hanging on the same router/switch/bridge.


What exactly is the problem you are trying to solve this way? Maybe you
need a more generic management solution?
