I solved my problem :
It was a pb with initrd.
I just add the line :
ramdisk = "/boot/initrd.img-2.6.18-5-xen-686"
on my domain.cfg

My LVM Volume : AnOnLVDeb isn't partioned.
The file system is ext3, and yes i can mount /dev/AnOnVG/AnOnLVDeb in my dom0
When i tried to call hda instead of hda1 in my config file, i've got the same error, exept the last line :
VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(3,0)
Unknown-block is now 3,0 instead of 3,1

Is your lvm volume partitioned? You may want to try calling it hda in your xen config file instead of hda1. Can you mount the volume in your dom0?

Thanks!
