'xm' command has been replaced by 'xe' interface in Xen Server. There is separate documentation on this interface in Xen Server product. It freely available. There is a separate forum for queries on XenServer .This will be able to answer questions about Xen Server better http://forums.xensource.com/ This mailing list is for open source Xen.
