Hi
This is because there is no 'xm' command in XenServer product. 'xm' command has been replaced by 'xe' interface in Xen Server. There is separate documentation on this interface in Xen Server product. It freely available.

There is a separate forum for queries on XenServer .This will be able to answer questions about Xen Server better

This mailing list is for open source Xen. "Xen Server" is a commercial product.

Cheers
Suyash
