I guess, but I’m not sure.

I think you are missing some packages.

 

Attached is a txt file containing all files I’ve installed.

 

With that packages you should be able to use any vnc client to attach to the server.

 

Tip:

When you install linux, you have to configure the guest mouse as a touchpad. Else you’ll have funny effects with the mouse pointer.

 

Does anybody know how I can do this for windows guests?

Yes, it does support VNC. Does the xend log, or qemu logs show any errors?
