Hello,

I read the following thread (from about a year and a half ago),
regarding "hardware accelerated 3D-graphics in Win-XP-domU possible?".
in xen-users mailing list:
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-users/2006-03/msg00665.html

My question is : what is the current status of
gaming in a fully virtualized winXP geust (in a machine with a CPU with
virtualization extensions)?

I saw some proposed soultions, like:
- a device with IOMMU
- VMGL (formetly xen-gl) :http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~andreslc/xen-gl/)
- and more.

What is the preferred solution ? are there in the market such IOMMU based
display drivers which anybody has an experience with them running games
(or other heavy directX based applications) an a WinXP fully virtualized
Xen guest?

Regards,
AJ
