Quoting Oliver Kowalke <oliver.kowalke@xxxxxx>:

Hi,
I've got WInXP running on Debian 4.0 (etch). I connect ot the WinXP instance
via vnc.
WinxP is on 1280x1024 and the Linux Desktop has the same resolution but the
WinxP vnc-window is smaller.
Could you tell me please how I can change the resolution of the vnc-window?
regards, Oliver

Hi Oliver,

You could pass the '-fullscreen' option to vnc, also pressing 'F8' will give you options as well. Is there a reason you don't just use 'rdesktop' to connect using the RDP protocol? You could then just use 'rdesktop -f <ipaddress>' and then to get back out of fullscreen mode hit 'CTRL+ALT+ENTER'.

Hope that helps,

Jon
