well ..I completed the RHEL 5 + Xen instalaltion and am now being able to boot into it (Dpm 0). Thanks for your suggestions.

So now the next step is to install some Guest OSes....Where do I get paravirtualized guest OS images to run on top of RHEL5+ Xen. 

(I read some where that only RHEL5, RHEL4.5 and FC are currently supported.)
