Best bet at this time is to extract the guest config
virsh dumpxml [guest name] > guest.xml
Edit the guest.xml to change the name, UUID, MAC address & point to a
copy of the filesystems, then load the config back into XenD
virsh define guest.xml
In the next update of python-virtinst in Fedora we are also adding a
command explicitly for cloning existing guests called 'virt-clone'
which will make this task much much easier :-)
